This application is the first step in our adoption process. It helps us get to know you, your family, and your lifestyle to ensure a seamless and happy match. Please be honest and thorough with your answers—it helps us place our puppies with the families that are best equipped to meet their needs.

What size are you looking for? Please Do Not use terms such as "teacup". State an actual weight range. Please be aware that puppies charting extra small (2-3 lbs) are more expensive. They require the most work and care. They will need an experienced home that can give them lots of time/attention. They can not be left alone for hours. So please choose a size that will best fit your lifestyle.
